1. Remove YouTube access and stored API data
Open Channels → Quyền truy cập & dữ liệu YouTube → Ngắt quyền & xóa dữ liệu YouTube, then confirm. An active upload must finish first. The app removes channel identity, video identifiers/status and upload-session data, disconnects this installation and immediately asks Google to revoke the grant. Check the result shown in the app: pending is not a confirmation of revocation.
The app retries an unavailable Google revocation endpoint while the server runs, keeping only the encrypted token needed for that purpose for up to six days. If Google confirmation is still unavailable, use the Google access-settings link below. A grant revocation can affect other installations using the same Google app. Films, drafts, your own captions and local action/deduplication history remain. No video is deleted from YouTube.
The separate Chỉ ngắt bản này action removes the local YouTube connection and API metadata without revoking Google access. For Facebook or Instagram, Disconnect removes the connection but not past publishing records or the Meta grant. Local and hosted installations must be handled separately.
2. Revoke permission at Google or Meta
In your Google Account’s third-party access settings, select JingShen Studio and remove its access. For Meta, open Facebook Settings → Business integrations and remove JingShen Studio. The platform may ask you to sign in or verify the account.
Revocation can affect other installations using the same app grant. Removing a grant does not, by itself, delete already published social content.
3. Request removal of app-held data
Email the operator with the subject “JingShen data removal”. Identify your channel URL or account name, the local or hosted installation and whether you want the connection, publishing records, uploaded materials or all related data removed. Do not include passwords, tokens or secret keys.
The operator will verify your authority and confirm what was removed and anything still requiring action. This is a manual request, not an automatic deletion form. Deleting app-held data does not delete the corresponding content held by Google, Meta or an AI provider.
4. Remove a published video or post
Use YouTube Studio, Facebook’s Page tools or Instagram to delete content already published there. If you also want the workspace copy removed, include that in your separate app-data request.
