Access and scope
JingShen Studio is operated by JingShen (Nguyễn Văn Linh) for personal creative work and explicitly authorized collaboration. Access to the public showcase does not grant access to the private workspace. Only connect accounts and channels you own or are authorized to manage.
Keep account credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another person’s data, abuse provider services or interfere with the workspace. Access may be restricted to address unauthorized use or security incidents.
Content and AI outputs
You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for your input materials, likenesses, music, scripts and published outputs. Using the workspace does not transfer ownership of your original materials to JingShen. You allow the processing and transmission necessary to carry out the specific actions you request.
AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to existing work. Review the result, factual claims, rights and required synthetic-content disclosures before publishing. The app does not guarantee copyright protection, commercial suitability or platform acceptance of AI-generated content.
Publishing is your decision
Review the destination, media, text, audience and available visibility settings before confirming a post. A submitted job may continue after you leave the page. Connecting a channel or renewing its token does not itself publish content.
Removing a local connection or draft does not delete a post already sent to a platform. Use that platform’s management tools for edits or deletion that JingShen does not support. Keep your own copies of important work.
Third-party services
JingShen Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy governs Google’s handling of information it receives. Facebook, Instagram and AI services remain subject to their respective terms.
Provider usage may incur charges under the account and plan you configured. Review the provider, estimate and confirmation before a paid generation. Provider pricing, quotas, verification, token expiry and public-upload eligibility are outside JingShen’s control. The workspace cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific creative or distribution result.
Privacy and support
Read the Privacy Policy before authorizing connected-channel access. It explains the data used, how tokens are stored and how to request removal. These terms do not waive any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Contact the operator about these terms or a problem with the service. Material changes will be presented for review before they apply to a new use of connected-account data.
